Client Support Officer

As Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader – Client Services in the support and administration of clients’ portfolio and accounting transactions and processing.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Act as a named point of contact between the RM and customers dealing with a range of requests to avoid any overflow of work.
- Assist the Team Leader in Accounts Opening with local/International banks.
- Update client files regularly.
- Ensure all transfers and trades processed are within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and follow-up for completion on the system.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Management fees on a quarterly basis.
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence and filing.
- Help with customers’ and/or RM’s enquiries regarding tariffs of various banks and deposit rates.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Preferred Competencies:
- Knowledge of AML, CFT, Banking systems and processes.
- Possess an exceptional client service commitment.
- Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use these skills to communicate with high net worth clients, intermediaries and colleagues at all organisational levels.
- Be flexible and proactive to meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Be able to work autonomously.
